This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our website by customers located in the United Kingdom. We do not provide prepaid return labels. International return shipping costs can be significant and are entirely the customer’s responsibility.

2. Exemptions – No Right to Cancel

4. Late or Missing Deliveries
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delays caused by customs clearance, international transit, courier issues, or peak periods (including Christmas) do not constitute grounds for a refund unless the delay is unreasonable under UK law.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of:
